Here are 5 healthy protein shake recipes that you are bound to love:

  1. Peaches & Cream:

You need:

  • 1 cup frozen peach sliced/ cubed
  • 1 cup coconut milk/ cow milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla essence
  • Handful of ice
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)

Prep: Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth. If you want, you can top it coconut flakes.

 

  1. Mexican Hot Chocolate Protein Twist:

You need:

  • 1/3rd cup oats
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • ½ cup yogurt

You need:

  • ½ cold coffee
