While it is unlikely for them to go overboard with protein from their diet, it might so happen when the diet is unbalanced with protein shakes for teens making up the most of the diet.     Im a 44 year old guy literally having a yo-yo syndrome of weight loss and gain,currently my weight is 112. I took oziva not for a breif period,then herbalife. i’m taking hypertensive drugs which is under control, i take glycomet 1000 to keep my insulin down due to weight. I’m confused about shakes and how they really work? Is it possible for me to take them all over again and maintain a healthy weight. I’m a govt servant and have a moving job for which i have a tummy full breakfast like a king and start my day. Sometimes i feel very hungry after a breif period and my sugar drops, the hunger pangs are strong, i have to consume something to upp my blood glucose.How can oziva help me to reduce my weight and keep me fit without making me feel lethargic.
