Creamy Chocolate and Peanut Butter Smoothie:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of whole milk/ skimmed milk
- 1 tbsp peanut butter or any nut butter of your preference
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 scoop OZiva Nutritional Meal Shake (chocolate flavoured – 30 gms)
- Ice (optional)
Blend all until smooth. Treat yourself to a tall glass of yumminess!

Chunkey Monkey Monday Blaster:
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp oats
- 1 small mashed banana
- Few crushed nuts
- 1 scoop OZiva Nutritional Meal Shake (chocolate flavoured – 30 gms)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp flax seeds/ sunflower seeds
- Ice (optional)
Blend everything until smooth and serve.

Ingredients:
- 1 half frozen banana
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4th cup coffee solution ( 1 sachet or 1 tsp of coffee)
- 1 scoop OZiva Nutritional Meal Shake (chocolate – 30 gms)
- 1 tsp crushed almonds
- 1 tbsp choco chips (optional)
- Ice (optional)
Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz together until smooth. Enjoy a healthy version of your morning cup of coffee!
