Creamy Chocolate and Peanut Butter Smoothie:


  • 1 cup of whole milk/ skimmed milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or any nut butter of your preference
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop OZiva Nutritional Meal Shake (chocolate flavoured – 30 gms)
  • Ice (optional)

Blend all until smooth. Treat yourself to a tall glass of yumminess!

Chunkey Monkey Monday Blaster:


  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 1 small mashed banana
  • Few crushed nuts
  • 1 scoop OZiva Nutritional Meal Shake (chocolate flavoured – 30 gms)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds/ sunflower seeds
  • Ice (optional)

Blend everything until smooth and serve.

Almond mocha jo:


  • 1 half frozen banana
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4th  cup coffee solution ( 1 sachet or 1 tsp of coffee)
  • 1 scoop OZiva Nutritional Meal Shake (chocolate – 30 gms)
  • 1 tsp crushed almonds
  • 1 tbsp choco chips (optional)
  • Ice (optional)

Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz together until smooth. Enjoy a healthy version of your morning cup of coffee!
