Protein Molten Mug Cake

 A simple 4 ingredient recipe for a chocolaty mug cake….Its gonna be gooey, its gonna be loosy, light, fluffy…its gonna be absolutely delicious and you gonna love this mug full of protein.           

Ingredients:

  • 30g chocolate protein
  • 5g cocoa powder
  • 1/2tsp baking powder
  • 60ml milk

Instructions:

Put all the dry ingredients in the mug and mix it well

Add milk to the dry ingredients and mix it to make a smooth batter.

Place the mug in microwave for 1 min. Remove and let cool to room temperature.

 Turn your everyday protein shake into a delicious bowl of creamy dessert. Here is a easy and quick recipe to make protein fluff. Go ahead and fluff your protein like a cloud and it feels like eating light ,airy and fluffy heaven

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Vanilla, Banana, or Strawberry Whey Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Frozen Blueberries

Instrucions :

Place all ingredients in a bowl and blend until smooth, frozen mixture has been created.

Using an electric whisk, whisk mix for 5-8 minutes until it gains volume.

Eat immediately.
