Banana Chocolate Ice Cream
This ice cream is delicious and can be had anytime of the day for a protein boost!
2 frozen bananas
A splash of milk
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 teaspoons natural peanut butter
1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional, to increase sweetness)
1 scoop OZiva chocolate protein powder (optional)
A pinch cinnamon
Ingredients for the garnish (optional)
Chia seeds, to garnish
Ground flax seeds, to garnish
Chopped almonds, to garnish
Chopped chocolate, to garnish
Blend the bananas, milk, cocoa powder, protein powder, cinnamon, peanut butter, maple syrup in a blender. Move the mixture in a container and garnish with the seeds and chopped chocolates. Cover the lid of the container and freeze at least for an hour or two. .
Serve chilled and enjoy!
2 Ingredient Peanut Butter Chocolates
If you haven’t guessed already, the two ingredients are chocolate and peanut butter! Both are easily available and can be used to make this really easy, quick and delicious recipe for two!
2 tablespoon peanut butter
2 tablespoon chocolate (melted) (recommended chocolate- dark bittersweet)
Melt the chocolate .Take a small flat tray or a muffin tray or a plate, whatever you prefer and line it with cling wrap or muffin liners or even parchment paper. Pour half of the melted chocolate in it and put it in the freezer for about five minutes. Once it is cooled, take the peanut butter and spread it on top of the frozen chocolate. Then take the remaining melted chocolate and pour it over the peanut butter to cover it completely. Cool it in the freezer for 15 minutes at least before enjoying it! .This dessert is really delicious and easy to make.
Peanut Butter Cup Protein Smoothie
This dessert is thick, creamy and chocolatey. It can be consumed after a light meal as it will keep you full for long!
1/2 cup Fat free cottage cheese
1 scoop OZiva chocolate protein powder
5-10 Ice cubes (Depending on how thick you like it, use less for a thinner consistency)
1/2-1 cup Water (Alter this according to desired consistency)
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 tablespoon Peanut Butter
1 tablespoon of chocolate chips (optional)
Add the cottage cheese, protein powder, cocoa powder, peanut butter and a splash of water to the blender. Then check the blended mixture and add ice to make it thick. Again check the mixture and add water as desired. Mix in some chocolate chips and serve immediately!
