We often buy products thinking they are healthy as they are often promoted to be “healthy” but nothing could be further away from the truth.

A lot of sugar content is often added to these drink to make it better in taste. However this added Sugar has a lot of adverse effects of our body. Sugar is often related to diabetes, obesity and in general an unhealthy lifestyle and hence should be avoided.
