This detox delight contains Apple, Beetroot, and Carrot (popularly known as the ABC detox drink or the ABC juice) which are loaded with antioxidants and nutrients like vitamin A, C, E, K, B-complex, iron, potassium, magnesium, calcium, and phosphorus that makes it heart-friendly, good for your eyes plus it helps promote clear skin, detoxifies your body, weight loss and immunity.

Ingredients:

  • 50g Apple
  • 50g Beetroot
  • 20g Carrot
  • 150 ml of Water
  • 2-3 Ice Cubes

Method:
